Medicine Massage with Sound Healing
Medicine massage treats the whole body through massage techniques, plant medicine, and sound work. In the session, areas that need more attention can be addressed creating balanced muscle patterns and reducing nerve compression. Focused, intentional massage and pressure on the affected areas releases tension and promotes the healing of soft tissues.

Registered Massage Therapy
Massage therapy can be used for a range of illnesses and disharmonies, as well as muscle tension, stress, insomnia, and relaxation

Acupuncture & Traditional Chinese Medicine
Treatments include acupuncture, moxibustion, Chinese cupping, and gua sha involving methods of moving energy within the body to create an internal sense of harmony and well being.

Ayurveda
Treatments include an initial Ayurvedic consultation where clients receive traditional Ayurvedic face, tongue, and pulse assessments plus an individual health-plan, Abhayanga & Marma massage, and Shirodhara.

Facials
Face Reading is a traditional Chinese medicine technique used for thousands of years to determine the mind, body, and spirit's health and well-being. Skin concerns including acne, fine lines, wrinkles, dullness, hormonal issues, pigmentation, and facial tension can be addressed through individualized treatments.

Sliding Scale Counselling
Miranda L. Abild, MSc/MPhil uses her international experience as an academic, educator, and counselor to offer help which is rich in insight and perspective. In your time together, you will discuss your values, goals, and experiences and explore well-paced and value-driven tools oriented toward making your life more in-line with what is important to you.

Registered Clinical Counselling
Registered Clinical Counselling addresses immediate challenges in a person’s life, allowing them to adapt and confront current discomforts. Through these sessions, the client may then explore past concerns and patterns of behaviour that reinforce such discomforts and develop mindful practices to detect and adjust patterns in current functioning.
