The heart of our space is a beautiful 900 sq ft yoga studio. This expansive shala (space of yoga) invites warmth through fir beams and magnificent shou sugi ban wooden floors. The several skylights and a wall of ornate windows broadcast natural light throughout. Sound was taken into account in everything we built. The space has fantastic natural and intentionally created acoustics designed to have our teachers voices and instruments be heard with little echo making the sounds feel internal. The floors are embedded with naturally sourced crystals to create a space where the subtle vibration is key to the exploration of self. The studio and clinic were built using a vastu architectural system that combines mythology and careful placement of each room resulting in a space that feels sacred.
